Hairdressers, plumbers, tutors, and other sole traders and small teams use SendBill to send a bill after the job and let the customer pay by card, without sharing a staff login.
What do Solo and Team include?
Solo is one seat for one person. Team includes more seats so you can invite staff. Both let you send bills and take card payments on your shop's Stripe account. You can turn quotes into bills, mark bills as paid by hand, export your bills as a CSV and download client statements as PDFs.
What does Pro add?
Pro is an add-on for only £4.99 a month. It adds your own branding on bills, automatic and manual payment reminders, and recurring bills. Text and WhatsApp pay links are coming soon.
Who receives card payments?
Your customers pay into your shop's own Stripe Connect account. SendBill does not take a percentage of those payments.
How do I get paid?
Create a shop, subscribe, connect Stripe, add a client, send a bill, and share the pay link. Your customer pays by card on your Stripe account.
Do I need a card to start?
Yes. We take your card details when you start, but you won't be charged until your 14-day trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your subscription starts automatically on the plan you picked. If you don't want to carry on, just cancel before the 14 days are up. Can I try both Solo and Team? There's one free trial per shop, so pick the plan that suits you best. You can change plans later.
Can I add Pro during my trial?
Yes. If you add Pro when you sign up, it's included in the same 14-day trial.
